Made our carpet look fantastic! Got stains out from everywhere and even the high traffic area dirt is gone from every doorway. Had our sectional sofa cleaned also and it looks as good as new. These guys definitely know what they are doing and they were very friendly, courteous and professional. We will definitely be using JR's again and again.

Jimmy was a hard-worker and worked quickly. Unfortunately, two closets were missed with cleaning. I also had them stretch the carpet on two floors, and when it there were still some bubbles, they insisted on coming by the next day to take care of them all. There was also a ding in my wall, though he tried to protect the corner. Overall, they were fine, their customer service was great, and while they were in a hurry, perhaps a little more time on the job would be better?

The good. I had scheduled an appointment with them, and they were able to reschedule for the next day after I had a change in my work schedule The bad. Skipped cleaning one room while still charging full price previously discussed cleaning every room in my house. Used an excessive amount of detergent and did not remove it all, carpet now has a strange, stiff texture to it. Additionally, stains from pets were not removed as advertised, this was unnoticeable until the carpet dried several hours later. Overall I cannot say I recommend.
