Honestly was not the best experience. Felt that my appointment was forgotten and when I called an hour later worker came saying he was a brother. He drove his personal car with cleaning equipment and proceeded to use my water for 2 hours. Not at all happy with the cleaning results. Had to come back next day to suction lot of water in one room. The steps were cleaned only in the middle and left edges undone. Overall carpet was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Worker was very personable and polite.
