Drywall Installation
New cabin construction: the drywall install was not good and the texture he applied was sporadic. He also painted the vaulted ceiling and walls. I assumed he was an experienced painter but It must have been his first paint job. The quality of the paint job is very bad. He also ruined my brand new front door because he didn't know what he was doing. He said his work was satisfaction guaranteed but that must not be true. He has promised a number of times that he will come back out and look at it and see if he can fix it. He has failed to show every time he was supposed to come back out. He didn't even reassemble the window set in my front door. The paint was bubbling and running into the glass assembly. Half of the screws were not replaced and I don't know what he did with those. I am very disappointed. I am going to have to hire someone to come fix the areas around every switch and outlet. I think I will now have hire someone to come repaint the entire cabin with a roller. I will also have to buy a new door and then pay someone to have it painted. I was really suprised by the poor quality of work, especially because I read so many good reviews. Beware.

"I just saw this come t and could not believe it i Hess he forgot to mention his workers that work for him in a share house did the framing on 24?centers and we specified orange peel will be sprayed and we agreed with a test sample on the wall.His guy sprayed his office with spray texture off a spay can I come back to Re paint just to show him it was not the paint job such did not change the high and low spots due to 24?centers my hangers did a awesome job and I told the customer not to install the light fixtures score we hang rock and he still did so my guys had to work around that.But if he is so un happy with the work performance he should of filed a law suit towards me. Juan does great work. He repaired a crack in my ceiling drywall that I made stepping off a cross beam in my attic. I can't even tell where the crack was. His price was fair and his work was exceptional.

Contractor was very professional. He installed drywall and crown molding and I was very satified. His fee was reasonable and he completed the job in a timely manner. He is very neat and cleaned up each day. Great personality and I would recommend him to all my friends. Loved my results!!
