This man, Jermel Quezaire, is a liar and a fraud. I gave him money to repair my rental house and he did nothing for 2 months. All the while he gave me stories about how he is doing work. It was all a lie. I finally had the rental management company go to the house and take pictures. The house was in the same condition as I had given it to him two months prior. Jermel did nothing. If you do not like your money being stolen, then do not hire this man/company.

We hired J?s home repair to power wash and stain our deck. He did a great job. Very courteous and polite. He took the time to make sure he had the best final product possible. Our deck looks good.
