"Mr. (Omitted), Thank you for your business and time to give a review. Your thoughts are correct, as to not arriving exactly at the suggested time. But, we ALWAYS explain at the beginning of projects, that we are not simply Salesmen making timed appointments, nor simple workers that are going from job to job to do the work. We, and this includes Jerry, are all? hands-on.? Meaning each technician does the initial Inspection, confirms the project and deal, AND does the work as well! Thus, most times when we go out to look at a job, we may be there looking at or discussing the project for 20minutes, or working there for 2 hours! We explain this beforehand to make sure it is acceptable and ok with each and every client. (at times it is not, we understand that) But we always call ahead of time and say that we are on our way (as said and agreed upon beforehand). And yes, Jerry is oftentimes more delayed than others. He is very good but since he manages things, he is pulled in many directions every day, so at times becomes late getting to a project. That said, he knew that he ran behind in getting there (ran late in getting there, the same day) but thought he more than made up for it, in the extra that was done, without additional charge? I.e. The work on sealing the flashing on both skylights; trimming the tree back from the roof all around the house (before cleaning out the gutters); and even putting many areas of the mulch in the front yard back in place, where it seemed to be washing out from the rains (he did not fix all the places, but many places where he traversed and could see). And the first day was put off to the next day to start, because of the strong winds we were having! (Is not good to try and remove/replace a large skylight on a windy day) Again though, we thank you for your trust in getting things done and hope we can help with projects in the future."
