Juan is an expert at interior work. He replaced my baseboards and did a perfect job! He even showed me a water leak outside my house that I needed to fix. He is very communicative and shows up when he says he will. Heâ s also very nice and polite!

Please allow me to share my personal comments about Juan and his Home Improvement Company. At the beginning of March, I contracted with Juan to complete some major updates to my townhouse in RiverWalk. This included installing hardwood floors on both levels, upgraded kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, painting and crown moldings. And what Juan delivered was nothing less than breathtaking. Juan first sat with me and went over all options which included, price, start date, layout, design and last but not least project completion date. All that we agreed to, Juan delivered and exceeded expectations. There were times when decisions had to be made and Juan never proceeded unless first checking and discussing it with me and only when I decided on something, did Juan proceed. I have employed many contractors before to renovate several homes that I previously owned but I must emphasize that Juan has to be the most outstanding and complete home improvement owner I have ever encountered. I am at a lost to say which is his strongpoints since they are many. He is seriously neat. Whether it be installing molding, painting or flooring, Juan will redo an effort until the result is flawless. Then there is his reliability. He and his workers has shown up to my home on time each and every day. I never had to ask myself â is Juan coming todayâ or â when will Juan show up.â Dependably has always been important to me and Juan exhibited this quality in its true meaning. Last but not least I would also like to add that coming to the end of the project Covid-19 hit which threw this project out of whack. Just when my countertop was in the final stages of completion, the city shuttered the fabricatorsâ site. However the fabricator brought the unfinished granite to his home and actually completed the job allowing me the use of my kitchen. I donâ t know what I would have done if Juanâ s vendor did not do this for me â great. In conclusion I would, without hesitation recommend Juan for any home improvement job â big or small. If you are looking for excellence and a great finish to your project Juan Home Improvements is definitely the way to go and should be your only choice. Juan is a professional and a perfectionist! Juan does exactly what he says he will do when he says he will do it and for a fair price. I had Juan install crown molding and it looks fantastic. I plan on having Juan do many more projects for me.
