We had our floors sanded, refinished and repaired by Juan Jorge and he did an unbelievably great job. I initially called and left a voicemail and he got back to me later that day. We had four companies come to give us quotes, and he was by far the most thorough, patient, and fairly priced option. He does not nickle and dime. He charges the same for water based and oil based finishes. We had a section of the floor that sank about 3/4", and he did a great repair. The transition is seamless and I cannot tell where he started and stopped. We have old floors and he chose to feather red and white oak to match the character in 100 year old floors. He sets a very high bar and treated us like family. He has a busy schedule but is definitely worth any wait. After he started working on our floors, the heat went out. Instead of pushing through, collecting money and moving on to the next job he was willing to wait a week to finish our floors. This was an unexpected hiccup in his schedule, but he was very patient. The weather was cold and he was afraid that our floors may buckle down the road if they hadn't acclimated to a proper temperature before he refinished the floors. He has a really fancy dust containment system and there was virtually NO dust from sanding the floors. After his jobs, he gets professional cleaners to clean your house from top to bottom. He uses high quality European finishes that look great and soak super deep. Juan did some test stains on our actual floors to help us dial in on the exact stain we liked. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. You will be thankful as we are that you gave Juan a call!!
