JC and Sons did a beautiful job at installing our patio pavers within 6 hours. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with how quickly they were able to show up, take out our old lawn, and add the pavers. The before and after photos speak for themselves. I will be using JC and Sons again for our future projects. Thank you, again for everything.

JC and Team were GREAT for our driveway which is stunning still a year later. They were good in putting sod and redoing our lawn, fast and underbid the competition. They then took care of our lawn for the next year but sometimes didn't come or delayed coming until I reached out. I know COVID was tough on them for that so I think lawn maintenance was not as good as the original work. They did some damage to one of our windows and offered to pay for it. It is now repaired and I accepted to split the cost. I will update my review once we finalize the cost split.

As part of installing our pool, we needed landscaping to help finalize the project. I contacted Juan who came to our residence to talk about ideas for landscaping that would provide a nice look but yet offer low maintenance. He was early to both appointments and provided excellent ideas. The project involved grading, putting down top soil, installing 9 pallets of sod, constructing 3 paver walkways, constructing a paver landscaping border completely around the fence so the sod would be approximately 2 feet from the fence, installing landscaping fabric all around the pool areas, and filling the area around pool with approximately 60 CU yards of 2-4 inch river rock. Juan was very flexible in adding items to the project. One example was adding the three paver walkways from each gate into the pool area. We have a specific color of rock and stone on the pool and were very concerned that all materials needed to blend and flow throughout the project. I emphasized this to Juan and he provided me with pictures and ideas for picking out paver colors and patterns. Juan was spot on â the colors and patterns were fantastic. His crew installed the walkways just great with a perfect finish. I had to add rock to certain areas and Juan was great in seeing that this happened. I had numerous phone calls with Juan and he was very good at reading and responding to text messages so thoughts and concerns could be addressed. He always addressed my thoughts or concerns in a very timely manner and always provided a successful solution to any concerns and problems. The project was started on time and was completed in a very very timely manner to my 100% satisfaction. His crews were Great! They showed up early in the morning and worked the entire day except for a small lunch break. They were very good hard working men. With adding new items to the project â I expected price increases â Juan was very fair with prices and I feel we got great value for our money. We had approximately 25 plants/shrubs installed and Juan told us to go and pick out the plants at his recommend nursery and he would pick up and transport to the job site. Because of using this nurseryâ we were able to receive a 25% discount because of Juanâ s company. Juan provided instructions for maintaining the sod and plants. We are 100% COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! with JC and Son Contractor and the completed project . It looks Great and we would highly recommend them for such projects. We will have future projects and will not hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

I would not recommend this contractor and strongly advise you to beware of the tactics they will use to get more money from you. We contracted a large under deck patio extended away from the house with a fire pit and 40 ft. double sided patio wall. This was a lump sum contract worth thousands of dollars. Even considering Covid and weather, It took JC & Sons longer to do this job than promised and never returned to do a punch list or complete the job. They did not return calls or texts for a weeks, blamed materials, the weather and us for delays, and eventually stopped communicating. 1. Incorrect and insufficient materials were ordered and they asked us to pay for it. 2. They ordered one-sided Nico block for a 40 ft. two-side wall. 3. They underestimated the amount of pavers and caps needed and asked us to pay for more. 4. Some Nico block stones were damaged and installed. . 5. Large gaps between the stones on the wall and contractor refused to correct or fill the gaps. 6. None of the installed drainage works. Water seeps between the wall gaps but nothing comes out of the PVC drainage pipes. 7. Contractor trucks left large ruts in our grass, that were not adequately filled as promised. 8. Retaining wall was built incorrectly without any fill in the stones and without rocks for drainage. 9. Some of the polymer on pavers came out immediately and needed to be redone. 10. Drains for retaining wall does not work. In spite of offering JC Sons, not to write a negative review if they would finish the job, they did not.

I was contacted by this contractor to do a specific drainage and grading works in my house located in 5519 Katy Ann Ct, Manassas, VA 20112. He did not finish the project and what ever he did to fix the water problem did not work.The water issues got worst now as he did not do it the way it should be even more, this contractor was insulting me and called me Sick, and that I have a problem. I have text messages, pictures and contract that shows that this contractor did not respect the contract, did not complete the work and what ever he did caused more damage and problem.

Very well done on our back patio! Did exactly what we asked and installed an area of sod for our dog. Had the entire project done in one day! We are very pleased with the work.

JC and Sons were very responsive in meeting my landscaping needs. They placed new flagstone walkways, regraded our side yard and installed drainage system, and laid new sod. They offered a fair price and responded promptly when some things needed to be corrected afterwards. Would use again.

Very poor work, nails that are protruding through fence and gate, chunks of wood missing from the fence. They said there is a 5 year warranty and we have been trying to contact the him and he will not come out. Bad work, unresponsive and does not hold up to their warranty.

JC & Sons completed the project in two days and in complete compliance with the written contract we had with them. They worked hard on those hot days, and we are quite pleased with their work and also flattered when our neighbors complement us on how our lawn looks now! Thank you JC & Sons Contractors LLC!

We wanted patio half paver and half artificial turf. JC and Son came out and were attentive to our request, offered suggestions, and completed the project in 2.5 days. We are very happy with the results. Can't wait to host a BBQ as soon as this pandemic is over.

Juan was easy to work with and very fast. We knocked out several projects simultaneously and with great communication. We had one issue that Juan rectified immediately. He's a man of his word. Definitely recommend this company. Workmanship is outstanding.

Juan answered every question I had. The crew was very respectful and professional. I was originally given a timeframe of 2 days to complete the job. It took only 1. I would call them to do more work in the future.

Juan worked with us and made sure the work was done to our liking exactly. He quickly corrected and modified for any request that we made. When he was starting the fence, I hadn t realized the size exactly and when we called to see if we could extend it and make it bigger- he was helpful, quickly reworked the quote and ordered the additional materials. We have received many compliments on the fence and the pricing was the most competitive we found by far. We are looking forward to working with him again on future projects!
