Unprofessional, they drink on the job, terrible attention to detail, when I asked one employee to fix a bad corner in concrete he got mad, left exposed rebar, called to have fixed said would be out next day, been close to a week now they have not been back

Showed up a week early without notice. Said was going to install expansion joints, never did. Left job before finishing repairing cracks from previous job. The water collects in the middle of the patio pad because it is not level.

Crated a walk way on the side of my house. Looks fabulous. Very easy to speak to and a very professional, polite attitude. Cleaned up mess when done. You can trust them to do an excellent job. P

Juan and his crew were great! Work was done on time. He was honest and up front about additional work needed that was not originally budgeted for.

A bit slow getting started, but work was fine.

Juan is a problem-solver. I had a drainage problem with my walkway and he solved it. He showed up when he said he would and completed everything in one day. He Works hard at his craft and ensures that his workers do things right.

Juan kept excellent phone contact during rainy weather before project started. Once the weather cleared, Juan & the crew arrived on the day agreed on and on time, executed the work expertly, performed as professionals should, and cleaned up the area to my wife's satisfaction. Their attention to detail was inspiring. Their concern about any damage to my neighbors' property was very nice. I recommended him to two of them for future work projects. They admired the job Juan & crew did for me.

Nice job - cleaned up all of the framing and picked up the entire location - looks great - called me within 24 hours and the job was done within 10 days and they worked around my schedule - Great

Edges and sides show stones. The stress lines that were sawn into the cement are all crooked... looks horrible. There is already a crack. Could not close the gate so they ground the concrete down in that place.... looks horrible. Where the concrete came up to the house they got concrete all over the bricks in some areas and left gaps in other areas. The color is not uniform and the stamping is crooked... looks terrible. Cement truck tore up the sod. Cleaned out the cement truck on the drive way and threw cement chunks all over the turn around. Juan himself seems like a really nice man, just not a good concrete man.

They did an outstanding job!! We even got the concrete "stamped" so it would match the concrete around the pool.

I do appreciate his promptness and the little extra's he did while he was here. I just would have liked him to do a few more pours for such a large job. A little more attention could have been paid toward the finish work. Rough in a few places for a driveway. I think if I were a little closer to his home, he would have done more pours and the finish work would have been a lot better. Overall, he wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't most expensive. Appreciate his work though! AFTER STARING AT THIS JOB FOR 2 YEARS, AND THE POOR WORKMANSHIP, I WISHED I'D HAVE NEVER HIRED HIM. MAYBE GOOD FOR SMALL JOBS, BUT NOT BIG JOBS.

Workmanship awful. Block retaining wall was crooked , unlevel, footing a mess with no way to provide for a secure base. Poured steps that slope downwards, uneven with each step at different heights. He says it can be fixed with an over pour. I don't agree. We made agreement on project on May 19 to start work on June 4, then June 11, finally started on June 18. Worked 3 days, none an 8 hour day, then needed Thursday and Friday off. Came back following Monday and worked then he said he'd be back either Friday or Saturday. The wall is a mess, the steps are a mess and his ability not to complete in a timely manner was reason to get someone else to straighten up some of the wall, redo steps and complete the project. He was paid half of his bid and now demanding the other half. Would never have him for any project

They showed up on time, and finished when they said they would. All were hard workers.

Juan was very prompt, thorough and professional.

The sidewalk is very attractive and changed the way we used the back yard for the better. I wish I'd had them come out years ago.

Jaun is a very professional contractor. He was early on completing my driveway, sidewalk, patio and awning. The work was awesome and price very reasonable. I would refer everyone to him for concrete work.
