"There are many false accusations in this review. I received an irate phone call out of nowhere from Ms. [Member Name Removed] roughly 9 months after the job was completed, with no prior complaints. She placed me on the phone with a hostile extended family member who ripped me apart. It is early December and things are just starting to freeze. They experienced a pipe burst in their basement- completely unrelated to any work that I did. I did not feel comfortable with returning to their basement because of the hostility and because I found hard drug paraphernalia there, so I asked Ms. [Member Name Removed] to email me photos of the issues. She did not. I blocked her on my cell phone so that she could not continue to harass me. I sent a follow-up email and have not heard back. The accusations of faulty workmanship are likely unrelated to the work I completed there. I was only hired to finish parts of the job, most of it was a DIY job done by the homeowner I presume. No plumbing nor electrical permits were required because we were working on existing lines, not running new lines."
