It was a terrible experience. He made promises that he didn't keep. We had a small window of time to get the exterior of the house painted due to the cold winter weather coming in which he left us in a very comprising situation. He has very poor time management skills and the little work that he managed to perform was poor and unprofessional. We were so dissatified that we fired him and would certainly NOT recommend to anyone.

The project was one of collaboration. The contractor had good suggestions/recommendations. I like that he listened to my ideas and worked according to specifications. Expect a courteous, conscientious and professional job. An area for improvement would be in terms of managing time and resources which can be addressed through communication and setting the right expectation with (potential) clients.
