This involved only yard work; mostly removal of weeds, 2 foot tall grass, and a dead fruit tree. The 2 of them amazed me with their speed and the yard now looks great. They even saved some flowers that were blooming beneath the "jungle" cover that I'd forgotten existed. Great job!

We hired Julio to do a heavy duty yard cleanup job for us in SF. He gave us a fair price and followed through on his commitment to do a real professional job. Our project was difficult in that workers had to access the yard via a ladder and haul everything onto our deck before exiting via the garage door. The project was completed on time, and they left the place spotless and Julio, by his own initiative, even had the area around the tree in front of our home trimmed and cleaned up. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work, and we will definitely hire Julio again for future projects. I really want to give Julio a 6 rating, but you do not have it on your current system. We are happy customers.

Julio Escobar did not do a credible or professional job on the three items I asked him to fix nor did he clean up afterward. I will have to have someone come in a repair the "repair jobs" that he did.

Julio showed up promptly to see what needed to be done and to quote a price. We set a date and he was there on time to do the work. He installed hooks, shelves, and artwork in my son's room and fixed the grouting in a bathroom. He was very professional and the work was well done. I will call him the next time I need help.
