Responded immediately! Since I was out of town he purchased and installed a new water heater right away. Not wanting to take a chance in scratching the wood flooring, he hand carried the water heater upstairs and did the same with hauling the old one away. He was very thoughtful, thorough, and timely!!

John worked all day through the heat in my garage. Installed a new water heater and water filtration system, no more salt. I'm very happy with the work and the price. Just finished today, so I haven't had time to evaluate the filtration system, but so far I love the convenience of having drinkable water. No more hauling 5 gallon bottles.

He was very nice and knowledgeable cleaned everything up after he was done tried to get replacement parts for my water softener but it was to old love my new system

Very courteous and knowledgeable great pricing as well. definitely my plumber of choice. They are coming back to do a remodel for the downstairs bedroom turning it into a master suite with a small kitchen. Can't wait.
