The team arrived on time, they were polite, knowledgeable, and concerned about protecting the property. They had a couple new people they were helping teach, not just handing them a rake or broom. The crew thoroughly cleaned up and put planted pots and furniture where it belonged. They covered areas to protect them from damage from falling branches. Very fairly priced, and hard workers. I will definitely have them care for my trees again.

Project was to deliver and plant 2 Newport plum trees. We interviewed 5 companies. Jumping Branch had the best price and more importantly, were consistently on the ball with information about pricing, taking care of the trees in the near term, and protecting them this winter. They also paid attention to plantings already in place and made sure to work around those. Professional, personable, careful. We're going to hire them in future for pruning and feeding our other trees. Just an excellent experience, all the way around.

A little more expensive than other quotes but were flexible, efficient, and friendly.

Hired them for a few projects starting with tree trimming from the ground level. Work was done really well with the tech standing on a fence to reach some high up branches. Cleaned up really well and even cleaned up the driveway off the leaves. Very highly recommend! Worked with Jack and Scott (the tech)

The trees have not actually been removed yet (reason for only 4 stars on 'quality of work' question). Scheduled for this coming week. We live out of state and this is part of an estate. They were very hard working individuals that came and got the job done within two days, while others were telling us would take at least four days. They were reasonably priced considering the job. Very polite and considerate. It was a very HOT day, but kept on going until it was done. They also treated the trees at a reasonable rate. Great Job!

Professional from first contact to removal of last bit of debris! Climbing a VERY large weeping willow and completing a major pruning could not have been easy; the crew from Jumping Branch did a remarkable job. Jack Boothe, the owner/operator, Aneesa the climber and major cutter and all the support, ground crew were polite, thorough, and very good at what they did. The price surpassed other companies who provided estimates. I could not be more pleased and have already shared Jumping Branch's contact information with friends and neighbors. Josh did a great job. Good communicator, reasonably priced, and did a great job.

He treated trees for disease & did pruning. And, all of his crew was working to get there Arborist certification. Very professional.
