After installing the new furnace, they didn't put an air filter in.

I was having my AC and furnace replaced from 100 miles away. I needed someone I could trust and this company filled the bill! The price was better than I expected to pay...too!

I had no ac for 5 days with outside temps of 95-103. Jeff diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly & efficiently at a very reasonable cost--blown fuse, leaking freon, fixed leak, added the correct amount of freon. I am blissfully cool. This is the 2nd time Jeff has come to fix something. I would call again & have given this co name to others.

Professional, pleasure to work with. Completed my Heat Pump replacement on the roof in a few hours. Everything works great. Highly recommend .

Very pleased with Jeff who tested to determine whether I did have a need for a new reversing valve on my outdoor unit. I had been told that it was leaking by another company and they would charge over $1500 to replace it. Jeff did not find any leaks whatsoever. He also said it would cost $900 to replace if it there had been a need. Much appreciated for your honesty!

very pleasant gentleman, didnt mind that I was around watching, in fact he said it was no problem and he would rather me be there watching so I knew what he was doing! He explained everything. This was a new unit so I really didnt know what to expect. It ended up being a simple fix after everything was checked out, nothing too extensive much to my surprise. Honest reliable service that goes a long way with me, I would recommend them to anyone!!!

They were on the phone calling me within a couple hours after I posted my request. They were booked so couldn't get to me for a couple days, but when the serviceman got there he had to trouble shoot. He stayed with it until he found the real problem and gave me what I felt was a very fair price for the time and materials. He had the needed materials on his truck so was able to fix it on the spot. He also gave me the opportunity to call other providers to compare prices if I wanted. I'd hire them again and recommend them.

These people followed through with everything they said they would do - contacted me immediately to set up appointment, followed by a phone call from one of their tech's to see if he could help over the phone (said he would come the following day and would call just before he got here which he did (he was on time) - did his diagnostic testing and gave me the solution to fix the problem - very professionally handled experience - would recommend them to anyone. I hired this company to repair an unknown problem within our furnace, where it wasn't firing properly and the heating cycle was erratic. They responded out and ended up replacing the pressure switch and the flame sensor. They then charged me $271.00. This did not fix the problem. When I called them back that same day to have them return, I wasn't contacted back until 2 days later. In the meantime, due to the sub-freezing winter weather, I was forced to call out a 2nd company. The 2nd company correctly diagnosed the problem as being a faulty thermostat, told me what to buy and showed me how to install the new thermostat in order to keep their charge at a minimum. I bought and installed the new thermostat and my furnace works perfectly now. That same 2nd company advised that though replacement of pressure switch by Jungle Cat was a good place to start, the replacement of the flame sensor was confusing. These sensors require just a cleaning and rarely fail. The other confusing part was that Jungle Cat charged my $91.00 for the flame sensor. I found that exact same flame sensor on Amazon for $7.90 with free shipping. That's a 1000% markup! I had a feeling something was up during the repair when the technician Matt told me that the prices he gets for his parts are the "best available!" Ummm...no that clearly wasn't true. When I called Jungle Cat last week about the ridiculous markup for a part that wasn't necessary, the woman answering their phone agreed that it must have been an oversight and said that they would send me a check for $81.00. I have yet to receive any money back. Though the technicians are nice and appear friendly, the truth lies in their inability to fix the problem and their dishonesty in their bill. My experience strongly corresponds with the other reviews listed in the BBB about this company.

As an individual who provided sale/service, during a long career, I was totally impressed with the response and quick service provided. I would definitely recommend Jungle Cat for service.
