Just a pleasant experience all around. Many small service oriented companies in our area seem to rush through the job, wanting to get paid immediately. Jake has a thorough process for animal removal, and he makes certain that he's covering everything along the way. His communication is excellent as well - he keeps you in the loop throughout. He is also very punctual. Like I mentioned at the top - a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Jake was compassionate and caring in the removal of the squirrel from my chimney. He was professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing. Should I have anymore uninvited guests in my chimney or anywhere else in my house I will definitely call him. He fixed the area where the squirrel entered and I will have him come back after the holidays to do a full house inspection for any other openings around the house. I highly recommend Jakeð
