Jungle to Paradise

Brian said he could lay sod, install a fence & gate, remove old patio stones, level & install new patio stones for a small patio area and plant flowers. He required half the money in advance for materials. He tossed the sod on top of my overgrown grass and left large gaps in between them. The fence was not leveled & had screws exposed. The posts were only a few inches in the ground so the fence was not sturdy & the gate couldnt be opened without lifting it because it was crooked. He put stone down in front of the fence where plants were to be planted & then set the plants in their pots on top of the stone. I told him I wasnt paying anymore money for the type of work he was doing. He then took my old patio stone & half of the new patio stone that I paid for. I have messaged him repeatedly to return the patio stone but he wont respond. On top of all that, somehow he broke my sprinklers that were working before he started the work and covered most of them with the sod and didnt mark them so I will have to dig around to find them because they arent spouting any water to help me find them. Brian was friendly but I would not recommend him to anyone in the future.

Brian was exceptionally easy to work with. He listened to my needs and addressed all of them. Brian is professional, and kept me well informed throughout the installation. He made my Memorial Waterfall so exceptionally beautiful that it brought Joy to my heart and tears to my eyes. I will be recommending him to others. Thank you Brian. Just be sure to be specific about what you want. Also, request to see all products (especially the rock/stone colors) via text or email prior to the installation. Brian is very good but has a tendency to do things that he sees fit, instead of what you may want - which is why you need to be upfront with those ideas/things you do not like, and those that do like or prefer.

He was supposed to level off the ground and install sod. Ground never leveled. Sprinkler system was supposed to be installed and he kept putting off. Sprinkler heads he installed were too high and I let him know, The zone system for the sprinkling system leaks and half system does not work. Was supposed to do tree trimming and he never did it. The only thing that is working is that the grass is growing, but he did not do any of the other stuff.

Brian was professional. He kept me informed throughout the installation. He made suggestions along the way, some I took some I didn’t. I am extremely happy with the results and the price.
