????? ? Disappointing Experience I hired this company for a home improvement project with the expectation of professional workmanship, clear communication, and timely completion. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. After work began, communication became inconsistent, and obtaining updates often required repeated follow-up. Project progress did not align with what was discussed, and there were periods where little visible work was completed. A significant concern arose when additional payment was requested while portions of the original scope of work remained unfinished and project progress had slowed. As a homeowner, I expected the focus to be on completing the agreed-upon work before discussing further financial commitments. While every project can experience challenges, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, follow-through, and overall project management.
