Would give negative stars if I could. Set service dates and times and did not show up. The worst experience like this ever. Perplexing. I hope I'm an outlier here, but I had to get a different service provider even though my GC used Elite for the install. Awful.

This is the second project I hired Anthony and his team for. Once again, I was impressed with work quality, professionalism, promptness, and competitive pricing. It offers peace of mind to know I have a great company at my service for my HVAC needs.

Brand New A/C System Installed: I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and his crew. As a real estate broker handling the job for my out of area owner- I asked around- and called my clients for referrals. Anthony was hired, was very professional. Did a beautiful, clean job in the time period promised, and gave us a fair price. I would recommend him to any of my clients. Kate Carpluk, Town and Country Real Estate on the East End.

Had the tech over to look at a job and gave me a quote. He gave me the price and an approximate date for when he could come back to do the work. I gave him $200 cash (I know) as a down payment on the work. He could not complete the work in the time we originally specified and then became extremely difficult when planning a new date. I told him to scrap the job and send me my money back. He then told me it was $130 for the service call (double the going rate), and that he would send me a check for the remainder. 1 month later and he still did not send the check. deadbeat. Must have really needed that $70.

Good guy, but after he completed the work I had a few questions and he has not returned my call for months.

Anthony and his crew were prompt, professional and curteous. Hard working. I would highly recommend them.

Great value. Professional, knowledgeable, neat, friendly. Crew baked in my attic installing CAC on 8/2/18-8/3/18 but started early and worked through, until the job was brought in on time. No complaints Mark.

Anthony was very helpful in suggesting approaches to air conditioning the space. I ended up saving $ as a result of his suggestions.

Prompt service. Friendly and informative. Gave me options with no pressure. Good, hard working crew . Handler installation is especially awkward on a hot day. Would recommend them anytime.

Anthony was on time and did a great job on the my system, it's a unit that is no longer on the market and it is hard to find part's for it, but he did a great job despite the issues. I will be hiring him again to maintain my system in the future thanks.

I wish all my home improvements jobs could go as easily and smoothly as this one. Anthony came over and gave me a quote the same day I contacted him. His quote was great and he explained everything involved clearly. The day of the job he and his crew were polite, considerate and professional. The job was completed in one day and after they were done you would not be able to tell that there was work done in every room in my house because they cleaned up so well. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Anthony and the job his crew did and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Anthony, his brother and their team were excellent! They were timely and the project was finished when they said it would. They were very curtious8, neat and took all the boxes and associated items that would be involved with installing air conditioning. I would highly recommne Elite!

Anthony is very knowledgeable and responsive. I had an older home with radiator and baseboard heating which we converted to forced air and Anthony was able to find the right solution and was very competitive on pricing. He was very willing to work with us and did not try to oversell or upcharge. I would highly recommend using him.
