"Customer did not voice complaints to us even after the second visit. Tar was put in place to cover a large gap in roof otherwise water damage would have continued to worsen. If Custer had voiced any complaints, we would have complied with her complaints till the work was satisfactory. After the walk through we were under the impression that the customer was satisfied with the work provided ."
