Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
My experience was not a good one. I had to finish the project myself because he ran out of grout. He used a floating floor tile instead of regular tile because he said he coundnt guarentee the job otherwise. Well the job only took half the time as normal tile install and the price was the same and the grout still cracked and the tile starting popping and he said he be back to look at it and he never did show up to do even that. I left several messages to get him back. So therfore i had to redo some of his work myself. He left some cardboard form the tile boxes i had to dispose of.

"This customer did the underlayment himself and did a very poor job of supporting the floor. Therefore, since the underlayment work he did failed the cracking of the grout was not workmanship error. He also purchased the material himself so it was not my lack of preparation that caused a material shortage. I tried to work with him on this issue but he did not allow enough time for me to return and resolve the issue."
