Jordan and Preston were awesome! I hired them for two truck loads, but they took the time to carefully pack everything into one truck to save me money. They arrived early, worked quickly, were courteous and polite. They were careful about not damaging anything as they took items from the house. The experience could not have gone better thanks to the two of them. I will be recommending Junk Away for sure.

From first contact to them pulling out of my driveway, this company is fantastic. They were available within just a couple of days, everyone was polite, courteous, respectful of my home, my time, etc. I don't think there was an inch of room on the truck left because they definitely know how to load it all in there. I especially hired them because they will repurpose as much as they can and that's important to me. I would highly recommend this company!! Thank you to everyone at JunkAway!!

The workers were respectful, efficient, polite, careful when going in and out on carpeted flooring, and they packed up their truck like pros. I'm more than happy!

Sean and Kevin were awesome. They were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond what I expected. They did an excellent job clearing many large and damaged items from my basement. That had water damage. They took a full truck packed to the gills. I'm going to need another truck load and will not hesitate to call them again. Thanks for the excellent service.

I hired this company to clean out deceased family members home. The truck was much smaller than I anticipated for the amount of removal needed, so I knew we would need a second truck. The first time customer service was well and they removed a full load. The manager that day walked around and we spoke about everything remaining and he assured me it would fit into one more truck. He told me they would bring bins to clean out father's workshop for a lot of loose items remained. Second junk removal didn't get all the items and when I said there was still stuff left in workshop and this was suppose to be boxed up. Kevin got defensive and said work order didn't specify this and I said this was talked and should have been noted. I told them I wouldn't pay until spoke to manager. He than threatened to dump it in my driveway. I said I would pay just need to speak to someone. I asked the other employee if I should sign here and gave credit card information. Kevin goes off on the other employee saying he shouldn't talk when he is talking. I told him we were going over where to sign and he threatened me again with dumping it all. This was very emotional time cleaning out my father's home after he passed. I have never been treated with such bad customer service in my life. There are other junk removal companies out there and I would suggest using them. Manager did call after they left and I told him about the issue. He said when truck is full it's full. I said he told me they would be there for 3.5 hours, at 2 hours they were ready to leave and didn't pack up the workroom like agreed. That is when he suggested I get another truck to remove remaining 15 boxes. I stayed for 2 more hours packing up the workroom and than had family member remove the boxes. I paid $1000 to this company and worst customer service ever!!! Owner never called back and try to rectify the issue.

Sean and Kevin were phenomenal! They were personable, professional and they were very accommodating. They did an excellent job removing the junk out of my garage. They even swept out my garage after they were finished. I can now get my car into my garage again! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

On time. Clean. Took projection tv from basement. Hard and heavy job.
