Great working with Kenny. He called me immediately after I placed the job on HA. I scheduled my project at the last minute (my fault) and sent him pictures that did not adequately represent the job that needed to be done. He went out of his way to accommodate my scheduling needs and gave me a very reasonable price for the job. He also searched for a rake after the job to leave an aesthetically pleasing result. I will be keeping his number for future projects.

He won the contract due to estimated pricing. However, on the day we signed the contract, he raised the price an extra $500 citing the need to use an extra truck for the [separate] wood disposal.

There was some confusion about the pick up date which I'm pretty sure was my fault - I wrote 2 different dates in my calendar. But when I called, they immediately rescheduled to fit my needs. The workers were excellent. I fear they do not receive much of the extra charge for stairs (I'm on the 6th floor of a walk-up building) but they worked quickly and efficiently. Great guys, and Claudia, the person I dealt with in the "office" was terrific.

Above Ground Pool Demolition and junk removal from under the deck went well. I received a fair estimate which included draining my pool by their workers. Good results. The only negative comment is that they should have come with a pump to drain the pool. They chose to puncture the side and it left my yard extremely muddy. Then the sludge from the bottom of the pool was partially dumped on my landscape. If they put it in the sand it would have been easily removed. I was told that it would disappear after a good rain. Well, we had 2-3 sessions of rain and it's still there. Don't let them puncture your pool - EVER.

Absolutely the best thing I did was hire Junk in My Trunk! I was in a desperate situation - I needed to have the house my dad is selling cleaned out ASAP. There was some residual stuff left when the tenants moved and I needed help fast. I submitted the request online and they called me within an hour and were able to accommodate me the same day! The men were professional, fast, worked hard, and I am extremely satisfied with the job they did. I absolutely would use them again. I highly recommend them. And Claudia in the office is very friendly and professional on the phone. I am very VERY happy!

I hired them to haul away a 50 year accumulation of "stuff" in my late Aunt's apartment. Nothing had been pre-packed. They had to empty kitchen cabinets & 5 huge closets filled with clothing, boxes & bags. They removed hundreds of books in piles, drapes from windows & heavy mirrors from walls. Large furniture had to be broken down to get it out of the building. They left everything swept clean including the hallway and lobby area. I would recommend this company anytime. I would like to give a special callout to the head of the team "Olvin". He was incredible and the only goal he had was to make me happy. You succeeded Olvin - many thanks!
