"We are sorry you didn't have a good experience. I am surprised about the price comment as Junk King hauls 20% more and is cheaper per load than the largest national junk hauler competitor. Jim I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with the job we did. I wish you would have contacted us immediately and we could have discussed and rectified the situation.
