"Good day to you Bryan, We received your 4/5 feedback review and appreciate the kind words about our actual service. As far as the too pricey part goes, we really charge as little as we can in order to be able to stay in business. A lot of people just see the small amount of time/labor we put in loading the truck, but if you include the overhead, insurance, franchise fees, driving it to another location and paying disposal/recycling fees, etc, we do not make a large amount of money off of any job. We appreciate every customer that we have and the online reviews left about our business are very important to our success. Our ultimate goal is to gain you as a customer for life. Have a great day, and give me a call if you would like to discuss anything further @ 513-771-5865. -Jack Brendamour, Owner."
