As far as the too pricey part goes, we really charge as little as we can in order to be able to stay in business. A lot of people just see the small amount of time/labor we put in loading the truck, but if you include the overhead, insurance, franchise fees, driving it to another location and paying disposal/recycling fees, etc, we do not make a large amount of money off of any job. We appreciate every customer that we have and the online reviews left about our business are very important to our success. Our ultimate goal is to gain you as a customer for life. I had an old sofa that I wanted to get rid of. I could have had Rumpke pick it up with my existing waste removal but it was worth the money to have junk king pick it up instead. I didn’t have to deal with bagging it or carrying it to the curb. The person I was texting with from junk king was very nice, courteous, and helpful. It is my preference to agree on a price and service before talking to anyone. And texting is my preferred communication method. This was worked out very quickly, and the sofa was removed promptly the next day.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Two polite young men completely cleaned out our outdoor storage area: rusted metal furniture, broken garden tools and toys, stacks of wood, old bags of charcoal - they took it all. Great service and reasonable price.
