I hired a company that said "Indianapolis". After they did the work, the guy said they drove for an hour and asked for a 20% tip. Although they came in a few dollars under another quote, this caused it to be way more expensive. And he didn't mention the word "tip" until the work was already done.

Scheduled on their website and they were on time and very fair about the cost (per size of truck load) to load and haul my junk away. Responsive to their website and texting. I have hired them twice and will hire them again.

They were very nice and friendly. They gave me a deal bc I had a budget. Price is based off of a 1/2 to full PICK-UP truck load not their truck size load. I paid 150.00 for them to take the awkward big stuff and that was 28.00 off their full PICK-UP truck price. I still have a ton to clean up that they couldn't take bc I couldn't afford more. They made a path like I asked so I could get out of my back yard gate. I'm 50 and not in the greatest health and am single. My daughter made the mess then went to jail and now I have to figure out how to clean up the rest that they couldn't take. Overall, I'm glad they took what they did just wish it could have been more, I would have helped if they took more.

They looked at what I asked them to haul and quoted me a price. A few minutes later they told me it was a lower price but when I went to pay them they told me a higher price. When I was paying them they then asked for a tip! Not cool!
