The men were here on time and picked up all the big stuff that I had. I did have to go behind them after they left and raked up two bags of leftover smaller stuff.

They present their business as simple: they show up, evaluate the amount of junk, and give you a quote then and there. But that quote soon shifts. And they refuse to gather junk they had pledged to gather (I.e., that barely under a house). And they charge you for 3/4 of a truck even when they truck is barely 1/2 full because we do not fill the truck that high. Shady business, obtuse pricing. Find another company, or any guy with a pickup willing to work

As I stated on the phone, our bed load pricing (rocks, bricks, dirt, etc) is not the same as standard hauling pricing due to weight and the time it takes to load. We also will beat any written estimate from any other licensed and insured service provider. I stand by our service and integrity, and thank you for the business."

The driver called to ask if it would be convenient for me if they came a little. That was great for me. I showed the two men what needed to be hauled away. They gave me a price and explained how the pricing worked and the number was fair. They stated immediately and were finished in just a couple of hours. Both men were polite and did a great job.
