"Hello Marc, We gave you the pricing before we started to remove any of your items. Yes, we did forget a closet when we returned it was another full pick up truck load not just a few box's. We got your permission to do the work if you did not agree we would of never proceeded. After you refused to pay the $175 we placed the items in the garage where you told us to put them. We charge by the load since it is the fairest pricing for everyone and we always inform before we perform. I'm sorry that you do not agree with our practices."
