We offer a variety of quality home improvement services including "One time house cleaning", Move in & Move out assistance as well as junk removal and basic Handyman jobs. You will find us to be competitively priced with close attention to the details of each and every project that we are involved with. We look forward to building lasting relationships! -Move In/Move Out Onetime Cleaning Assistance ($$ Service starts at $150 to $220 and up depending on Sq. ft.) -Junk Removal ($$ Prices range from $125 min. to $350 per load depending on Labor and weight) -Basic Handyman Services (I do not do plumbing or electrical, $prices can be reasonably negotiated) **All over the phone Quotes are NOT "concrete", they are susceptible to change depending on "On Site Visual Inspections"

Jody and his wife came out on a Sunday to do a Move Out Clean . We have moved to Florida so we weren t able to see how they did, and that bothered me. No worries though, they took before and after pictures and didn t even ask for payment until we d seen them. They went above and beyond and I m even now hiring them to do a little more work on the exterior. They won t let you down.

The cleaner was easy to work with but seemed inexperienced. I was looking for a company that would do a one time cleaning with minimal direction. She took direction well but I was hoping for a hands off, professional finish job.

They were great to work with, on time and friendly. This type of job is not their typical work so they did a good job given their limited experience in new construction cleaning which is a very detailed and specific type of house cleaning.
