I hired them to remove brush that I had pulled from my yard. I wasn't at home when they came, so they sent me pictures of the progress every 15 min or so. The finished product was great. They took all of the brush and even got all of the loose leaves and branches. They didn't leave a trace. Great job guys! I will definitely use them again!

The dumpster was not delivered in the morning as requested, I drove 200 miles and expected it to be there. It was brought in the am but it was already getting hot, it is very hot and humid in Houston during August. The man who brought it sat in his truck and watched me. Made me feel rushed, I offered him $40 to help me load for an hour to make it quicker. He refused but continued to sit there and watch. I told him that I would have to take a break from the heat for a few hours, he was not happy. I ended up letting him take the dumpster before I was finished. I will have to drive back and get a dumpster from someone else to finish my project.

They cancelled the first appointment. Very late showing up on the 2nd appointment. The trailer used could not handle all the trash in a 8x10 building that was to be hauled away and will need to hire another company to finish the job. This was truly a learning experience on what to expect of contractors.

"As discussed before we came out to your property, it was agreed that we would only take 1 Full Load. We received pictures of all the junk on the property & gave an estimate for the entire job which was estimated to be 4 full loads based on pictures sent prior. No pictures were sent of the contents INSIDE the storage shed. When we showed up it was explained that the content inside the shed would fill up our dumpster, we asked if you wanted us to do the job & you agreed. The trailer size: 16x7x4 =16.5 cubic yards. There is only stuff left over because you only agreed to have us haul 1 of the 4 loads. For any concerns contact us. Thanks"
