The Junk Skunk crew was very professional. We had so very heavy fire king filing cabinets we needed removed. The team arrived on time and quickly took out the equipment. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule them to be on site and how professional the crew handled themselves while moving equipment in less-than-ideal weather conditions.

Very thorough, professional and Courteous

To start, they arrived 2 hours late from the window given. I will not say they did not work hard because it was hot and some items were heavy. However, the crew was very young, with one very experienced crew leader who often seemed frustrated with their work. All were very polite and friendly. They loaded steadily, and at first, all seemed fine. However, it took them 90 minutes to drive a 30minute trip. I was told they were low on gas. That should have been taken care of earlier. I was not charged for the additional time, and the final bill was equal to the quote, which was the best I received among the three. After they unwrapped the furniture, several items were chipped or scratched. One dresser mirror was not reattached. 2 mattresses and box springs were not unwrapped, a desk was left unwrapped, and they left a blanket. This company was highly rated. That and the quoted price was why I chose them over others. However, while the crew was polite and worked hard on a hot day, their inexperience showed. I still tipped them for their work, but I regret I can not rate the service better.

Worth made the process easy from the start. They found a moving slot for me when a self-move came up short. The assessor was thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The crew called before their arrival and were right on time. They were very pleasant, mindful of my belongings and the landlords house. And, they worked hard. I appreciate that Worth provides an estimate but charges by the hour, not the job. My move was slightly less than quoted and I have no doubt it was because the three gentlemen worked tirelessly. I would recommend Worth Moving highly. It is a top-notch company in my opinion.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the gentlemen that moved my furniture. They did a great job, with the majority of my things. There were a couple of dings that I did note, but all in all, they did a great job. I was a little frustrated with the front office staff, as they put me on the books, but then overbooked the day I wanted to move. I had to change my moving day 3 different times, to accommodate their schedule and mine. This frustration was not reflected in the quotes given to me. A discounted service would have been beneficial for a higher rating.

The team was very pleasant to work with. They successfully disassembled and reassembled my queen bed frame to facilitate moving it. They handled all of the furniture carefully and I didn't note any damage. The final cost was only a few dollars from the original estimate based on my description of the items to move.

The sale representative was very nice, persuasive even. The initial pack out and storage seemed to go well. However, as soon as my house hold goods had been loaded onto the truck Worth Moving said I full payment was required and that the half down and half at delivery was no longer possible. Customer service stopped as soon as payment was received. Then more trouble. When delivery was made from the warehouse multiple pieces of large furniture were damaged and boxes crushed. In total over 35 items were damaged, many totally destroyed. Proper care and attention to detail could have prevent this. They just did not care. Worth Moving does not return calls and after one year since initiating a report of damage with their third party insurance company I still have not received my settlement payment. Worth Moving says they are a small family owned business, but they do not act like it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
