Ken Goodrum will not give me my paperwork and it has been 14 days already

Owner refused to return to home to inspect issues, stabilization of vents, upon further assessment leaks in the home after in less than 2 months of replacements of roof; to divert away from accountability, the owner suggested for me, age 61, or my neighbors to climb on roof to take photos , if not, I would be charged $100 for evaluation by this company for job completed by this company , again, I emphasize, less than 2 months ago. Deceitful and disrespectful . Writer ended call with â God Blessâ , what else is left to be said.

A great job from start to finish. Courteous,and on time. Mr Jacks was always ready to answer any questions.

Steven was great to work with. I had so many questions to start and after the original quote, and he answered them all. This was a big job with some pretty big deviations in original scope of work. Steven got assistance in finding the shingles we wanted (had to be brought in from out of state) and most of the roof decking had to be replaced. I could not believe the extent of the wood degredation, so ~45 sheets were required. Took a little longer, cost more (very equitable agreement here and still completed whole job in 2 days) but I feel confident in the quality. Also very happy with the finished look it gives to the whole house (originally built in 1967). Thank you Steven and crew! Andreas M.
