My significant other and I are moving to a new hone and we want to downsize and get rid of clutter and several gently used oak and mahogany pieces of furniture. My husband and I were decluttering and down sizing for our upcoming move, so we had a lot of â junkâ along with numerous large pieces of gently used furniture that we needed to have removed. After receiving quotes from several different companies, we decided to go with The Junk Removal Specialists initially because of Francescaâ s great phone customer service, and the quote I received for the amount of items we needed removed was, to put it bluntly, too good to be true. Look, we live in a 3 level 4,000 sq ft house, and weâ re down sizing to a 2,300 sq ft rancher, so we have a LOT of sh** to get rid of. I thought, for sure, once the JRS team saw the amount of furniture/junk, the â twistyâ stairs they would have to maneuver to remove said sh**, that the quote received would double. Well, Cato and Daniel arrived, surveyed the job that needed to be done, said â Okayâ , and got to work. Let me tell you, they had NO problems maneuvering the stairs, but also did a GREAT job of making sure no furniture or walls were harmed in the process. Efficient and courteous, those guys had our sh** locked and loaded on the truck within 2 hours. Admittedly, they had to make 2 trips, so the quote DID go up since they charge by the truck full, but it was STILL LOWER than the other quotes I received. The Junk Removal Specialists...arrived on time, courteous, efficient, excellent value for the money.
