I made the appointment for my Samsung dishwasher not turning off. Chris was here in 3 days. I ordered the part. After I received the part I had to call 2 times and wait 3 days for a return call. Mary returned my call only to schedule 5 days out. Mary called on a Friday before my scheduled appointment for Monday only to say I either had to have Chris come on Saturday at 9 or Monday after 5:30. I wanted this done and over with so Saturday it was. Chris got here on time then spent 15-20 minutes on his phone watching videos on how to fix the dishwasher. Chris then asked if I had tossed the old part (sensor) I said no you never gave me or left the old part. I advised Chris he had run the dishwasher before he left so the part had to be on the dishwasher still. Chris realized the sensor was there. I am thinking does he know what he is here for. Chris replaced the sensor and started the dishwasher. He wanted to make sure the dishwasher ran. I advised it takes 3 hrs to cycle which is a lot of money for him to stand around. Chris said I will sit in my car for awhile. 1/2 hr later Chris came in dishwasher seemed fine running. I advised it is working the way it normally did. Chris then left after 2 hrs. I got the bill and was charged for 2 hrs. Unacceptable. I should have been charged for 1 1/2 hrs at the least or less since it took him 20 minutes on my kitchen floor to figure out what he was here for. I would not refer Just Fix it LLC again. Bad communication and scheduling.

The work was done well and Chris was kind and went out of his way to get my repair done quickly. I'm always shocked by the cost of repairs because I was a teacher with seven years of college credit and never made that kind of money per hour. It's always hard to part with the money, but the cost was not more than you can expect to be charged these days.

Unable to detect the problem. Said I would need to seek a professional to fix my samsung ice maker. Real nice and polite gentleman.

I asked for minor adjustments and he was was happy to do it.

Received the appointment the next day! Chris was right on time and very friendly. Only complaint was that job took longer than anticipated, so cost was more than expected.

The Handyman was prompt, professional and very courteous and efficient. He repaired the sprinkler connections and did so very reasonably. I definitely will be calling him for future projects! Thank you Home Advisor and thank you Chris Garibaldi.

He sis not rush the job. He did a small job that others turned down and made sure the repair was done to my satisfaction. Can't tell repair from original.

A little expensive for Handyman Service, but awesome work, friendly service.

He explained everything, was patient, took his shoes off, as there was a pile by the door. Very nice.

Called at once, came over the same day and give me a quote. Came back about an hour later and fixed the holes in the wall. Chris had to come back the following day to finish the job. He match the texture to the rest of the wall perfect. He did an excellent job and I would use him again.
