Milton showed up on time and was very professional. He installed an Ecobee 3 thermostat for me. He kept me informed of everything he was doing. His prices were fair and he finished in a timely manner.

Milton set up (2) ecobee 4 thermostats. We had an issue with one unit which resulted in a new wire being run instead of using the adapter. Pricing was fair for the install and addition of C wire. Milton was professional and stayed until the job was completed.

Unit was under warranty. Never asked. Failed to fix after 2 trips and several hours. Told by another HVAC company it was the wrong guidance. Bought a thermostat, not the issue. Spent $400 total with no HVAC during the coldest time ever in Houston. Have power, but no heat.
