They came out promptly on the Friday afternoon before the 4th of July and did a temporary fix on our air conditioner that we hoped would get us through until a new unit could be ordered and installed.. They kept us informed of what was going on and cleaned up when they were done.

Very eager to get my business, job completed in one day. That evening my renter room was blowing warm air, I called the next day and they promised a person would come by and repair/fix the problem. Seven days later and no A/C in the guest room it was fixed. I contacted the representative Andrew W. and requested him to come by and inspect the work. NEVER got back to me and now a cold spell is here and my **heat** does not work!

Owner Andrew came to the house and provided good advice on selecting a replacement AC unit. I took his advice and his crew installed on time and provided me with an great AC unit and cleaned up the site upon leaving. Reason for less than a 5 rating was the demand at 7:00 PM on the evening of the install for payment before the install was complete. Left very bad impression. I gave them half downpayment check which cleared without a problem and I was prepared to write a check upon completion of the install. The 7 PM demand for immediate payment buy credit card prior to install completion undid a lot of hard earned goodwill. Totally puzzling and a lot of unnecessary disappointment

I want to start off saying I do not like writing negative reviews. Had I received a sincere apology from the owner of this company and a prompt refund of a substantial deposit I put down in good faith, I would not be writing this. I was twice scheduled for installation a week apart, used two vacation days to accommodate the work, and both times they cancelled on me an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. On the second cancellation, I was told that my equipment had not even been ordered. Why had they not noticed this fact the week before when they were going to install my AC, I wondered? It all sounded fishy and it left me panicked that I was dealing with a shady business. I was fearful I had lost thousands of dollars by not going with a better known and trusted company. It took two weeks to get my deposit refunded. It was a terrible experience, one that might have been offset with better transparency and communication.
