Signed up to get a big rat problem under control and it is only gotten worse. They say they will come every 10-14 days, but it is more than a month in-between visits. I will call and text to get them out and communication are awful. I ended up buying a key to the rat boxes to monitor the progress and the bait is empty within 10 days, so we get 10 days of treatment followed by 3 weeks of reproduction. Awful service. Scammers as you pay for the entire year upfront, but do not get adequate service.

It’s hard to find someone for bees. They came out the next day and explained a lot about bees I never new. Great job

Scott was here the next day. Had fleas in one room. Fortunately they are gone. Very nice and very professional. I feel that it was alot of money for one room. But he was fast and it worked!

They removed/killed a swarm of honeybees from my roof soffit.

This man sprayed blue paint all over my whole acre and destroyed it. He keeps saying it will wear off. NOT every time I go on my property I want to cry. It is blue, sticks, trees, everything.

Scott does a great job in informing his customers on the process of eliminating the pests.We had a rat problem just before we had to head back north,as we are snow birds. As a result of this we are not able to see the results of his pest controls efforts,but he has been updating us every week to 10 days!

It was hard to get a hold of them because their voicemail is full and they don't get back to you in timely manner. His execution was not very good including getting rid of the carpet grass in the lawn and I thought he was kind of pricey.

Very professional service with prompt response. Had a large beehive in our garage soffit. Ron was out to our place within 90 minutes from our initial call and removed the beehive. Very reasonably priced and excellent results. Would definitely used them again and highly recommend them.

Just Like Rain’s owner, Scott, responded to my request in HomeAdvisor in less than an hour and had a technician, Ron, to my home alleviating my concerns immediately. I was out of town traveling the entire day and Scott was texting me updates with pictures and recommendations for how to fix my problems once the pests were eliminated. I live out of the area and Scott offered great customer service to keep me from having to make extra trips to the home. I can’t recommend Scott’s company enough. Great customer service, very quick response, and thorough follow up to ensure the job was done correctly and satisfactorily. Two thumbs up.
