Initial interaction with Justin was great. But once the day was done,he claimed that he had removed the stump. I asked why the wood chips were not all picked up from my yard, and he said he left some so there would not be a large dip/hole from where the stump was. I kicked around the edges and thought that it was ok. I paid the man, and he went on his way. A couple days later, while looking over the area were the stump was, my wife and I started to move some chips around and noticed that Justin had in fact used the chips to cover up the fact that he did not grind away as much of the stump as we agreed to, as I was quoted for, and as I paid for. After taking multiple photos, sending them to Justin and asking for him to come back and finish what he agreed to do, he rescheduled twice and then flat-out stop responding to my messages. This was worked on back around the February/March time frame. I still have a lot of the stump remaining and Justin has yet to respond back about completing the work that he was paid to do. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for an honest worker for their tree and/or stump removal project to keep looking. Justin left my yard a mess, due to not being prepared and forgetting his blower, and also leaving enough of the stump behind. This prevents me from being able to replanting grass or to run a mower over the weeds that grow in that area. His truck had an oil leak and left a mess on my driveway as well. All in all, terrible service.

Justin is a sweet and loving kind person. He didn't try to take me for everything I had just so he could make money. He threw in a couple of things just to help me out. May God continue to bless and keep him in his care..

Very quick response and professional service for a difficult tree and branch removal with respect to trees near the house. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them for an additional job that involved a large tree removal and a lot of brush removal and clearing. Their prices are very fair.
