The reply to my input was an immediate phone call, and the person gave a thorough quote from the information I was asked to provide. Questions I asked were promptly and thoroughly answered in return. The team that arrived was coordinated, and worked efficiently, and in a very very organized and fast pace. The left the area around the hot water heater cleaner than it started! Everything is in its place and fully functional upon their departure. The price and product and its warranty was on target for my needs. I highly recommend them.
