Not very responsive and attentive to detail!

I 100% withdrawal , change my review as to issues with Just Pools. Gilbert , (owner), came out, we discussed all and the issues were 100% due to some communication issues. Gilbert handled the problem, and I am 100% satisfied. I can not say enough about his professionalism, and I am remaining a customer. I highly recommend Just Pools for your pool needs. After 3 years and countless disapointing companies, Just Pools is the only company I would trust. The owner himself came to explain what was going on with my pool and how to fix it. I have used them since then and they have never missed a cleaning and their prices are unbeatable. They even send an email with a picture of your clean pool when they finish! Highly recommended!!

Just Pools work has been a amazing Not only did they get the pool cleaned in 1st trip (Has NEVER Been Clearer) They have replaced pump, filter & leaks from the heater at 25% of the previous estimates 5 Stars PLUS

He came put chemicals in the pool , which I could have done . Said it would take at least 3-4 times for it to be ready. I have not seen him since!! Also cost me $140.00 .

This was one of the most knowledgeable pool company's I have ever used. They spotted problems with my pump that I had no idea I was having and repaired them for no extra than their quote for cleaning my pool. Love this place and would highly recommend them for any pool work you need! Ask for Gilbert to come out, he does GREAT work!

Just started with this company but so far so good

They've been doing a great job maintaining my pool for the past 2 seasons. All I have to do is text their office and any questions or requests are handled in a timely manner. I really appreciate that if something does not fall within their skill set to fix it, they tell me upfront and frequently recommend someone who can care of it.

I’ve been through many pool service companies. These guys are by far the best! My pool has never looked better. Very happy I found them!
