If I could give this contractor a 0, I would. I received a quote from John Hawkins (the owner) to install a stamped concrete pad in my back yard. After the concrete was poured and stamped, it needed to be sealed. The company completed botched the sealing of the concrete. It looks terrible. I contacted John immediately afterwards, he has told me repeatedly that he would resolve it, but has not shown up to fix anything (despite numerous calls and messages), and no longer returns my calls. I'm debating legal action against the company and the owner and I would suggest that nobody hire them.
