Due to weather they called to change my cleaning on 1/18. We changed it to 1/21. Karla called back because 2 girls wanted to work on 1/18. They came and did an awesome job. We have cleaning set up for every 2 weeks.

I honestly think for what I paid which was 300.00 it was mediocre job.

I hired for regular cleaning!

Extremely fast reply to inquiry, scheduled for a time within the same week! Our house cleaner arrived exactly on time, was extremely personable, and did an amazing job. We were so pleased with the one-time deep clean we had arranged that we hired D (the cleaner that came) to return every 2 weeks for routine house cleaning. The company could not have been more helpful and informative. The job was definitely worth every penny, and I have no reason to believe we will not be completely satisfied with each return visit. I m usually very hesitant to hire anyone for anything without recommendations from friends, but this was a time sensitive need. I am SO glad I found Just Relax! I realize this sounds like a paid advertisement, but it most certainly is not. Beyond satisfied, and looking forward to D s return!!!

I had been feeling pretty sick for about 21/2 weeks and hadn t been able to any cleaning myself so it was in desperate been of cleaning. She did a great job and the kitchen looked great after she finished. The bathrooms and my bedroom did as well. I will be using her again. The price was very reasonable for what all she had to do. I would definitely use them again.

Karla did a great job!!! Very professional and on time. Even worked around my requests with no problem!! Price was very reasonable!!! Mine was a one time move out clean to sell my property but I would hire them again for other projects!!

They were fantastic! So much so that we decided to continue now and then, what was supposed to be a 1-time cleaning.

Very hard working, and willing to go the extra mile

The ladies showed up on time, and worked tirelessly to ensure that my home was spotless. I ve hired other house cleaning in the past and hands down they did a better job. They also locked on a carpet cleaning service for me through another company. When they say, just relax they truly mean it.

These ladies were very professional and polite. They did outstanding work. Top notch cleaning crew!

I highly recommend Just Relax Cleaning Service, they cleaned the house we sold and the house we bought. They stayed until the job was finished. They were polite, punctual and communication was a breeze.

I would not recommend this company. The cleaning was sub-par. I often had to ask to have things cleaned again or better but nothing ever changed. They were also careless in that marks and scratches were often left on walls and appliances. I had a standing 2:00 pm appointment every other week, and they were never on time. At least I would receive an ETA text but not the last day. I had to follow up nearly 45 minutes after 2:00 pm and was told they could not get out until 4:30 pm. I cancelled all services then. I was waiting to write a review after I received a response to my email but since the owner Karla never bothered to get back to me, here it is.

They did a extremely great job. And we are quite satisfied.

These folks are certainly good at what they do. Two women came at 12:10 and worked until about 4:15. They cleaned just as I requested, They cleaned inside my oven also. The space they cleaned was inside 800 square feet. They cleaned thoroughly and seemed like good people. I thought the fee would be a bit less than $225. Nevertheless, they cleaned as I asked them to and left the rooms looking much better.
