John Pipkin came out to explain how he would install the tankless water heater properly and to the code in detail. He was not the cheapest, but we hired him. He completed the job as throughly as he explained. Worth a bit more money to have someone do the job correctly.

Very professional and detail oriented work. John explained a need for a tankless heater installation that is up to building code. Doing the installation this way is more expensive, but I didn't want to cheap out on something that will last 10+ years.

Just Right Plumbing did the work, but didn't complete the project in a timely manner, tried to up-sell to redo whole home when not necessary. Ended up having to have work redone by a different plumber. I haven't even gotten the bill for the re-done work at this time.

Didn't end up hiring John for the tankless water-heater install, but he helped in a BIG way by actually fixing our furnace to clear FHA-inspection! Helped by making a very late call and saved the day. Great dude. Thanks John!

I would recommend John as an excellent technician . He is very knowledgeable and fixed the problem . John outstanding and very reasonable in price . He is honest wow great person would recommend for all plumbing needs We also got an estimate from Ritz plumbing that was 6700,00 it was a complete rip off .. John did the job for 250.00 that should tell you everything !!
