John Pipkin came out to explain how he would install the tankless water heater properly and to the code in detail. He was not the cheapest, but we hired him. He completed the job as throughly as he explained. Worth a bit more money to have someone do the job correctly.

Very professional and detail oriented work. John explained a need for a tankless heater installation that is up to building code. Doing the installation this way is more expensive, but I didn't want to cheap out on something that will last 10+ years.

They were punctual, reliable, cleaned up completely after the job was done. It s great to have hot water right away instead of pouring gallons of water down the drain. Very happy with the recommended tankless water heater.

very prompt and did project without my being there which was very helpful as I live 100 miles away. replaced my tankless water heater within 24 hours of calling . Would use them again.
