I reached out on the Black Oak website. They must be very busy. Black Oak hasn't had the time to respond to me.

Andrew came and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. Unlike the other roofing companies who came out, Black Oak provided an estimate and committed to having our roof done in January and that’s exactly what they did. They communicated each step throughout the process and did a quality job. If you are looking to have your roof repaired or replaced I highly recommend Andrew and his team at Black Oak.

We are completely satisfied with the quality of materials, the workmanship of the skilled crew--who were courteous, accommodating (they cleaned up daily, noticed our defective skylight and replaced it) and more than competent! Now I'm referring neighbors who notice our new roof to Black Oak.

I would recommend black oak to anyone needing any work done. They are professional and the job done in a timely manner. I needed a roof done in a short amount of time for a closing date on a house. Andrew worked with me to make sure it was done prior. He communicates well and is always nice. Making a sometimes stressful situation less stressful. I could not have asked for better service all around.

This company was wonderful to work with. They kept me updated as to when they would do the work and if there would be a day or two delay in start time. They were prompt, courteous , and informative. The contract was very straightforward. They were pleasant and professional to have around. I would hire them in an instant again. I was grateful I found them. I highly recommend this company.
