This company is very helpful, with pinpoint accuracy, in implementing the services that it needs to solve customers' problems. The company also helped me see how I was getting ripped off in other areas by other companies, including termite damage that had never actually occurred. I particularly have Walt to thank for this, because he was the one who showed me what problems the house actually had, amomg which termites were just not it.

I was initially very pleased with our service from Just Termites. I called about having issues with carpenter ants and spiders in our house and was offered a 6-month treatment at a reasonable price. It covered an initial treatment and a followup treatment if necessary. After the first treatment, the carpenter ants and spiders were no longer a problem. The man who came to our house was very pleasant and assured us that the treatment would take care of the ants and spiders. However, now 4 months later the ants are still gone but the spiders are becoming a problem again. So much so that our dog was bitten by one in the house and had to be taken to the vet because his entire face swelled up from the bite. I called Just Termites to schedule our follow-up treatment only to be told that we would now have to pay for the treatment because it was now specifically targeting spiders. I am very disappointed in the fact that the followup treatment that was included in my initial plan was not actually included in the initial price. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you would like to pay for more services than you will actually recieve.

Very nice and professional from the first phone call to the exterminator who was prompt and knowledgeable. I felt the price was very reasonable. I will use them again if need be.

Joe was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He got rid of the yellowjackets over my front door and also found several other nests to get rid of. He warned that they would be mad and return for 7 days so we left town for a week. He guaranteed they would not return for 6 months. If they come back next year I know who to call. Thanks Joe.
