Originally this gentleman was pretty responsive. Verified my appointment and on appointment day right before his appointment ,he Texted and cancelled because he did not originally verify the distance . He just texted " to say he was not going to make it because he could not drive two hours for this job-- he did not say he was not doing the job or asked to re-schedule.

I would definitely recommend this Pro for doing tile work. He’s punctual, friendly, fair, and does really good work. He has a good eye for detail, and takes pride in his work. I plan to use him again in the near future.

They were professional and easy to work with. My only concern was that we paid for 800 sq ft of tile to be laid and we only ended up laying 604 sq ft. We also paid an extra $1,600 for supplies. We were charged according to the contract per sq ft. But there was no adjustment in price.

"We bid the job based on information and square footage filled out by the customer on the application. If the job was 600 square ft I would have charged more per square foot to accommodate the time spent on the job. This concern was never brought to my attention until this review was posted. I'm surprised that Nadine didn't tell me about her concern when I went back to the job to insure everything was up to par. I obviously priced the job appropriately compared to the other contractors or else I would have never landed the job."
