This is a family-owned company. Heather, the daughter of the owner, is great at sales and advising what water softener I would need. Jason was the installer and on Oct. 21, 2019, did a quick, neat job of installing the softener in a tight space. Unlike some plumbers from whom I received estimates, Just Water Treatment quoted me an *out-the-door* price that included installation. I am very pleased with the quality of the water.... best softener I have had after using others at my previous residences. I highly recommended them.

very Knowledgeable, professional, and very caring people who make up this company. I had a couple bad experiences with other companies, and I prayed about my situation. I had waited months before trying to find another company to help me because I was so afraid I would get another stinker of a company. But my prayers were answered when I went online and found this wonderful company! Jay worked on my filtration system and did an excellent job! I had well water, and it was really very good quality. Except for the E.Coli that was in it! Which in layman s terms is feces. Probably from all the septic systems in the area. I had been continuously getting sick from it, because even though I had been drinking bottled water, I still had to wash myself, and my clothes in this contaminated water! So far I haven t developed one infection since Jay installed my filtration system. They are a wonderful and caring company, and I thank God every day for leading me to them!

Softener settings were set so high that we were going through salt like no tomorrow. I called another water softener co to change the settings because even when they did come out and change the settings they still had the softener using a lot of salt.

Very Professional, not only made the appointment Dave was early. He walked around my house and discussed various options for placement. He did not OVER sell me, he evaluated exactly what I needed and no more. Heather was awesome at follow-up from initial contact through the sale process and installation. I did not actually get the system installed for close to 2 years later, but Heather and Dave both remembered me, went over the pricing, walked through the install again and made the whole process of painless. The employee that installed the system was a super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and very good eye for detail. He not only installed my system but told me a couple of things like insulation on AC ducts, lines, and critter issues under the house! This is a company that truly wants you as a lifetime customer. Replied and made appointment immediately. Owner came out, inspected my old unit and recommended a new one giving me all the reasons for it as well as what needed to be done and the cost to fix the old one. I decided on the new one, was given a fair deal and the unit was installed with no fuss. I would recommend this company for anyone with water softener issues.

The company came when I was told and they did a very nice job installing and they had a little challenge because I had an accident in with a water pipe prior to their arrival and they worked around them and everything was perfect on the insulation and following up I recommend them highly!
