The quality of the work was very good. He was professional and friendly. I thought the pricing was a little high.

Very professional but down to earth. Very happy with the quality and options I was presented with. The good thing is they dont have sales people so no B.S. The owner came to the house gave me his opinions of what I needed. He didnt want to over sell me on something that was not needed. The system costs quite a bit but I think it was work it.

The sale representative was very professional, thorough and explained everything he did and why, he even had samples to help with explanations. The technicians was very professional they did an excellent job with the installation, no mess, no mishaps and they also provided alternative solutions to make the job seamless to the public. The fixtures used matched my decor and was pleasing to the eye. The water system is the best installation I could have invested in. You really can tell a difference in your water. I also had a purification system installed and the taste of the water is very good.

Expensive system. Doesn't have all of the bells & whistles as some others that are similar in price. System has not needed service, yet. All the employees that I've had contact with have been nice, helpful and professional.
