Justin Alfred, Electrician

We hired Justin to work a job for us. He did a really great job and we enjoyed his services and were looking forward to have him do other stuff in our home when the time came. Everything was done quick, and his assistant in particular was super helpful showing us how things work. We then wanted to hire him again when power went out in a room after our boiler broke and we lost heat. I had to cancel 3 times over 3 weeks (I do feel bad) because our house still was not safe to enter (lots of oil smoke in the air) and we were still waiting for professional cleaners to arrive. The situation was super fluid and we were working with insurance to get time tables set up. This was communicated to Justin. I gave Justin 2 hours notice the first time and apologized. Upon looking at texts, Justin was in the area and it was convenient for him. The second time and third time I gave him more than a days notice and apologized that we still had to put things off (it was out of our control). I then got an angry call from Justin demanding to be paid a service fee. There was no notice of a cancellation policy of any type mentioned anywhere at all, Justin just decided to spring this on us when we are still evacuated from our home. Never seen someone so unprofessional and go after such an obvious money grab. Justin seems really nice, but beware, he will throw things on you when it is convenient for him to make a quick buck.

Justin was very professional and very easy to work with on this project. He relocated the power lines to the house so siding contractors could install new siding. He adjusted his schedule to be available when the siding work was completed to re-attach the the power lines. His work was excellent and his prices very reasonable. I have since recommended him to other contractors.

Justin is very professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue of the chandelier light not working by installing the correct dimmer switch and provided advise on other electrical questions which I posed. I will not hesitate to hire Justin again. It is such a pleasure to have an electrician who is so passionate about his profession, honest , and wants the customer to be fully satisfied.

Justin came in right on budget, and even replaced a bunch of outlets that were old even though that wasn't part of the original quote. Very neat and clean and he left my office looking just as good as when he walked in.

1. Installed a dedicated 20 Amp power line using 10/2 AWG wire. 2. Installed EATON whole house surge protection in main electric panel. Great work done efficiently. I am extremely happy with the quality of Justin's work and will gladly hire him for future projects/recommend him to others.
