We hired Justin Cooper Construction to demo old wood fencing and install a new of 6' residential wood fence. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner, his communication was great, and he is easy to work with.

Wood Fence Repair
Out of all the companies that Angi recommended Justin's was the most professional. We decided to go with Justin and he was able to fit us in the very next week. The crew showed up and worked very quickly to demo the fence and came back promptly the next morning after the posts had time to set up to finish the job. The price was reasonable and I'm very happy with the work. I recommend getting an estimate from Justin's company before contracting with anyone else.

Justin and his crew took down our old fence and replaced it with a new one. The wooden posts were replaced with metal and the larger 6" slats were installed. We had a problem with the gate but Justin came back and fixed the problem. He is very easy to work with and wants to have happy customers. We are one of those. Since this install was just before it got cold, he will be back in the spring to paint.

Justin Cooper and I had discussed doing a deck repair, not a renew built deck. And when we discussed the project, I had told him I was selling the house and I needed a new deck that was going to be up to code. After, reviewing the project of the deck. It was not up to code. On the repairs that he had done. I had simply asked him to please fix the mistakes of the repairs that could be up to code and once he had fixed those mistakes that are up to code, I would finish the payment. And then, instead of resolving the solution and fixing the repairs. He had cussed me over. Cussed over the phone in front of my kid, and accuse me of not having the money. When all I asked was to fix what needs to be up to code. I had offered to have him meet with me and the inspectors to go over their repairs.

For context, when I first looked at the deck, I recommended a full rebuild due to the condition of the joists and landing, but you chose a lower-cost redecking option to help sell the home. That scope was completed as agreed. Afterward, you mentioned a real estate home inspector had concerns, and I asked several times for the written list and offered to meet or adjust the stairs at no charge, but no documentation was provided. The final labor payment also remains outstanding. I never want a client to feel disrespected, and I?m still more than willing to review any written inspector notes directly so we can resolve things offline."
